Exclusive beach-side public toilets have sold for more than double the asking price after being bought by a man as a PRESENT for his wife.
Lot 31 block of Victorian toilets on the promenade, in Sheringham, Norfolk, were listed at £50,000 at auction.
But the building - in an area popular with beach hut owners and holidaymakers - have been snapped up for a cool £104,000.

When builder Nick Willan spotted the property at the auction he decided it would make the perfect 30th anniversary present for his wife Sue.
And now Nick, 53, plans to turn the two-storey Victorian toilet into the perfect room with a view looking out onto the gorgeous Norfolk coast.
Dad-of-three Nick said it was worth paying the price to own something a little out of the ordinary.
He said: 'My wife and I used to holiday on the Norfolk coast and this was my idea of a 30th anniversary present, our very own beach house.
'It's two-storeys high with rooms six metres by four metres, we're hoping to get planning permission for a spiral staircase and to put in some big windows to look out onto the sea.

'I'm a building contractor by trade so hopefully we should be in there by Christmas.
'My son Matthew is a sergeant in the Royal Anglican Regiment and he's had tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, so the plan is to have an open day for the public when it's finished to raise money for Help for Heroes.
Wife Sue, 51, said she was a little shocked when Nick told her what her present was.
Sue, who lives with Nick in Cawston, Norfolk, said she was looking forward to being able to move in.
She said: 'It perhaps isn't everyone's idea of an anniversary present but it's going to be great when it's finished.
'It was a bargain really given the prices of some of the holiday homes around here and it'll be really nice to stay there.'
The toilets had been closed to the public since 2006 and North Norfolk District Council said last year they would have to sell the site to raise money to be other toilets nearby.
